Funnel Cake Bites are golden fluffy sweet nuggets dusted with powdered sugar. They are crisp on the outside but soft inside.   1. Take a medium skillet and add oil to it for frying. Heat it.
  2. Take a bowl and add all the dry ingredients to it. Except powdered sugar. Mix them well. After mixing them, add all the wet ingredients and combine them well.
  3. Let the batter rest for 5 minutes.
  4. Put the spoonful of batter in the heated oil. Add 6-7 balls in one round of frying.
  5. Fry them on each side till they turn golden brown. Make balls of the whole batter. On a paper towel, keep them aside.
  6. Dust them with powdered sugar and serve hot.
