You may be wondering what celebrities eat that makes their glow; if you are interested in knowing what celebrities eat, this article is for you. Though there are different skin types, and what works for your friend might not work for you. But then the food listed below works for almost all skins.

1. Pumpkin Seeds

Also known as pepitas, these are undiscovered beauty hero food. Prepared with vitamin E, zinc, and magnesium, these tiny seeds keep your skin glowing. They support a healthy regeneration of skin cells and are packed with protein, making them a perfect mid-morning snack. They are an ideal addition to trail mix or just as a snack between meals and meetings.

2. Pumpkin

The orange color of pumpkin originates from carotenoids – wrinkle-fighting plant pigments that help neutralize free radicals in the skin. Pumpkin is also packed with vitamins A, C, and E, making it a perfect vegetable to treat your skin. Enjoy it roasted, or create a raw pumpkin pie as a healthy dessert.

3. Carrots

Used by celebrities like Milana Vayntrub and Deborah Divine, they are easily accessible and essential for skin health; carrots are filled with beta carotene – a pre-cursor for vitamin A normalizes skin purposes to correct any skin conditions. As well as snacking on fresh carrots, try juicing one with an apple and a sprig of mint for a refreshing replacement to a mid-morning latte.

4. Salmon

This tasty fish is filled with omega-3 fatty acids, which are crucial for skin health. Omega-3 fatty acids have been shown to help lessen inflammation and aging signs in the body and skin. Salmon is one of my favorite types of fish to enjoy for a quick and easy dinner. Drench a piece of fresh salmon in lemon juice, wrap it in silver foil, and pop it in the oven for 20-30 minutes.

5. Turmeric

One of the best things for our skin is Turmeric because of the glowing reputation it has. The reason why Turmeric is so friendly for the skin is because of its anti-inflammatory and antioxidant benefits. It provides a natural glow and helps our skin to fight against ache and scarring. A recent study has also shown that Turmeric can improve your skin’s brightness in just three weeks.

6. Avocados

We all know that Avocados are good for our health due to Vitamin A and C in it. But both of these vitamins are very beneficial for our skin too. Avocados improve the overall health of your skin as it prevents skin damage. It prevents dry skin and enhances the elasticity of your skin as well.
