I learned the Farro Pasta Recipe when I was in Rome and looking for a restaurant where I should go. I am a person who loves pasta and when I was in a restaurant, looking in the menu card, I found Farro Pasta.

I ordered Farro Pasta and after eating it, it became my favourite. When I was paying the bill at the counter of the restaurant, I saw a person with a white coat with a nameplate written chef.

I started talking to him and while talking to him, I got to know that he is the chef of this restaurant and I asked him about the Farro Pasta Recipe.   1. In a large pot boil water and add salt accordingly over medium heat for pasta
  2. In a large skillet add olive oil and pancetta over medium heat and cook it until it will turn into brown colour for about 5 minutes. After 5 minutes remove the pancetta and leave it at the side.
  3. Remove the Spaghetti Pasta from the boiling water and keep 1 cup of pasta-cooking water at side.
  4. After removing the pancetta add scallions, crushed red pepper, and sage in the skillet and stir it continuously until it will cost.
  5. In the skillet add peas and season it with salt and pepper, cook it for 5 minutes.
  6. In the skillet add pasta and the pasta-cooking water for simmering.
  7. After the pasta is done turn off the heat and stir it in butter and mix lemon zest, parsley, and mint.
  8. When you serve pasta, sprinkle ricotta over it.
