  1. First, make Elderberry juice by simmering them with water. Then strain them through a jelly bag overnight.
  2. Make 4 cups of Elderberry juice.
  3. Boil that juice and add half sugar to it.
  4. Add Calcium Water and simmer for a few minutes.
  5. Mix pectin juice with the remaining sugar. But remember not to add it directly into the juice as it will clump.
  6. Now add the pectin and sugar mixture directly into the juice. Simmer for 3-4 minutes.
  7. Your Elderberry jelly is almost ready. Pour them into canning jars.
  8. Process them in a water bath canner for almost 5 minutes.

Your Elderberry Jelly is ready. You can have this jelly as it can be helpful during flu or cold.
