As an egg lover, I always want something new and innovative to eat. One day, when I was at my friend’s residence, she invited me for breakfast at her home. I found Eggs Benedict named dish there, which I found to be tasty and delicious.

When I was about to leave her home, I asked her about Eggs Benedict Recipe. Instead of just providing me with the recipe, she showed me live how to make it with proper instructions and guidelines.

Ingredients For Eggs Benedict Recipe

For HOLLANDAISE

For POACHED EGGS

I was making Eggs Benedict by following the instructions that my friend told me. It was a very quick process and it took less time than I thought. Let’s see the proper timings.

For HOLLANDAISE

  1. In a small pot melt the butter over medium heat, until it will turn brown for 5 minutes.
  2. In a blender add egg yolks with 2tsp water and blend while adding melted butter with lemon juice and cayenne, for taste add salt and pepper.
  3. After you blend transfer it to a small bowl and wrap the bowl with plastic wrap.

For Poached Eggs

  1. In a medium pot add enough water with vinegar, salt and pepper to simmer, stir the mixture in clockwise direction.
  2. In the centre of pot crack the eggs and after 4 minutes with spoon remove the eggs with white firmness, when eggs are perfectly poached.
  3. In an oven toast English Muffins or until it will turn golden brown.
  4. In a medium skillet cook Canadian Bacon over medium heat, heat until it will turn golden brown for 6 minutes.

For Benedict Assembly

  1. Apply butter on the 8 halves of English Muffins, place Canadian Bacon and poached egg on the top. With spoon place hollandaise sauce over.
  2. Sprinkle chives. dill, flaky sea salt and black pepper.

Finally, Eggs Benedict is ready. Make this every morning to have a perfect breakfast.
