Ingredients for Quick Vegetable Biryani:

Ingredients Quantity
 Chopped carrot 1 medium unit
Chopped beans 7-8 units
Chopped cauliflower 1 small unit
 Rice 2 unit
 Sunflower oil 1 tbsp
 Chopped onions 2 units
Cinnamon 1 stick
Clove 1 unit
Salt 2 tsp
Chopped green chilli 2 unit
Red chilli powder 1 tsp
Green peas ½ cup
Curd 2 tbsp
Pudina 1 tsp
Coriander leaves chopped 2 tsp
Chopped ginger 1 tsp
Water 2 cups
A cloth filled of spices namely cinnamon, cloves, cumin seeds and black pepper seeds.

Easy Steps to make Quick Vegetable Biryani | Recipe:

  • First soak rice for half-an-hour.
  • In a pre-heated pan add 1 tbsp sunflower oil.
  • Add chopped onions to it and roast it.
  • Now add a stick of cinnamon, a clove, chopped carrot, beans and cauliflower.
  • Now add 2 tsp salt, a chopped green chilli, 1 tsp red chilli powder, ½ cup green peas and curd and mix it all.
  • Cook it for a while then add those soaked rice to it.
  • Cover it for a little while.
  • Then open it, add some chopped coriander leaves, pudina, ginger and green chillies to it.
  • In a pan on the other side put some water to boil with the cloth filled with spices in it.
  • Now add this water to the above made rice pan.
  • Bring it to dry and cook until rice is cooked.
  • Remove extra water and serve hot.
