People nowadays are addicted to noodles which are made artificially. This means that they are harmful to our health but kids always want those because they are tasty even I am also a mother and want best for my kids.

But I made something like noodles for my kids at home which is healthy and delicious. I called them Dumpling Noodles and I learned Dumpling Noodles Recipe from my Grandmother. When I was a kid, she used to make those for all the kids in the family.

She also thinks the same which I think for my kids. Today, I was making those Dumpling Noodles and though there are many mothers who are worried about there kids and I thought to share Dumpling Noodles recipe with all of you.

Come let’s see the variety of ingredients which we will use to make Dumpling Noodles at home.

Ingredients For Dumpling Noodles

For Dumplings

Dumpling Noodles Recipe

For Dumplings Noodles

  1. In a large bowl add flour and salt.
  2. In the middle of the flour and salt mixture create a well and add eggs and blend the mixture with a fork.
  3. Combine the mixture and add milk.
  4. Knead the mixture until it will convert into a smooth dough.
  5. On the surface roll the dough and make it thick.
  6. Cut the dough into wide strips.
  7. For 4-6 minutes drop them into boiling broth.

For Chicken Soup

  1. In a pan add a few diced carrots, stalks of celery in a butter or avocado oil, and add broth or stock and chopped chicken.
  2. Boil them in a large skillet and drop the dumplings into the soup for 5 minutes.

Now your Dumpling Noodles is ready to serve. Serve it your kids as a substitute to those unhealthy artificial noodles
