But I made something like noodles for my kids at home which is healthy and delicious. I called them Dumpling Noodles and I learned Dumpling Noodles Recipe from my Grandmother. When I was a kid, she used to make those for all the kids in the family.

Dumpling Noodles Recipe

For Dumplings Noodles
- In a large bowl add flour and salt.
- In the middle of the flour and salt mixture create a well and add eggs and blend the mixture with a fork.
- Combine the mixture and add milk.
- Knead the mixture until it will convert into a smooth dough.
- On the surface roll the dough and make it thick.
- Cut the dough into wide strips.
- For 4-6 minutes drop them into boiling broth.
For Chicken Soup
- In a pan add a few diced carrots, stalks of celery in a butter or avocado oil, and add broth or stock and chopped chicken.
- Boil them in a large skillet and drop the dumplings into the soup for 5 minutes.
Now your Dumpling Noodles is ready to serve. Serve it your kids as a substitute to those unhealthy artificial noodles
