To make dumpling noodles, make the dough by mixing flour, salt, eggs, and milk. Knead the dough well and then roll it. Cut the dough into thick strips. Then, heat some oil in a pan. Add carrots and celery to it. Also, add broth and chicken to it. Add the noodles to it and cook for 5 minutes.

Ingredients
  

For Dumplings Noodles

  • 4 cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 6 Eggs
  • 6 teaspoons Salt
  • 2 tablespoons Dry Milk

For Chicken Soup

  • ½ cup Chicken (chopped)
  • 2 Carrot (diced)
  • ½ Celery Stalk
  • 2 tablespoons Butter or Avocado Oil
  • ½ cup Broth

Instructions
 

For Dumplings Noodles

  • In a large bowl, add flour and salt.
  • In the middle of the flour and salt mixture, create a well and add eggs. Blend the mixture with a fork.
  • Combine the mixture and add milk.
  • Knead the mixture until it gets converted into a smooth dough.
  • On the surface, roll the dough and make it thick.
  • Cut the dough into wide strips.
  • For 4-6 minutes, drop them into boiling broth.

For Chicken Soup

  • In a pan, heat some butter or avocado oil. Add carrots and stalk of celery to it. Also, add broth and chopped chicken to it.
  • Bring this mixture to a boil and drop the dumpling noodles into the soup. Cook it for 5 minutes.
  • Your dumpling noodles are ready to serve.
