I want you to know that your onions are an important part of your cooking journey, so do well to chop them and keep your knives perfectly clean for chopping, slicing, and dissecting. Never start cooking without making sure that all the ingredients you will need are ready to go, make sure the ones that require washing up are ready, as you don’t want to just be washing your asparagus when you should add it to the oil at that moment.

Also, endeavor to taste as you go, that is the only way to keep a tab of the ingredients, spice, salt, or lemon you added to the meal.

These aforementioned are general rules applicable to any meal you want to make in the kitchen. Do they work? Find out from my highlight of meals anyone can make within thirty minutes or less.

cooking ingredients

1) Pasta

This may be one of the most basic culinary meals in the world because it is easy to make if you follow the recipe. For this dish, all you need is spaghetti, garlic, salt, oil, and red pepper flakes.

Boil your pasta in water with salt added to it until the noodles are firm enough to bite. When the pasta is boiling, grab a skillet and toss in olive oil and slices of garlic cloves, you can sprinkle in some red pepper to add flavor to it.

When the garlic turns golden brown and you have strained the noodles, add it to the sizzling content in the skillet with half a cup of the pasta water. Stir the content of the skillet but add a little olive oil while at it, then watch as the pasta water, oil, and garlic come together to create a creamy sauce and a ready-to-eat dish.

2) Omelet

Making an omelet is easy, but it puts you to test when it comes to flipping an omelet successfully without breaking it. For this meal, you need eggs, butter, heavy cream, and your desired filling.

Start by whisking your eggs and cream in a small bowl. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and melt the butter inside it, then pour the egg mixture and cook for a minute or two or till they are halfway cooked. Place your desired fillings in the middle of the omelet.

The most important part, use a spatula to fold the omelet in half and let it cook for 30-45 seconds, then slide the omelet to a plate and be ready to devour it.

3) Tomato Sauce

Making a tomato sauce is quite easy because it requires little stress when you follow the recipe. You will need a can of whole peeled tomatoes, olive oil, and salt. To make your sauce. Use your hands to lightly crush the tomatoes through your fingers and be careful that the juice does not spray out, then stir in the oil and season with salt.

Remember that you could add herbs to spice it up or leave it as it is and pair it with your pasta or pizza. Of course, cooking isn’t the easiest thing in the world, but you can make these in less than 30 minutes.
