- 2 tbsp White Wine Vinegar

- 3 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 pinch Kosher Salt
- 1 pinch Freshly Ground Pepper
- 5 ounces Ricotta Cheese
- ½ cup Basil Leaves
- At 350°F, preheat the oven. On a rimmed baking sheet, toast pistachios for 10 minutes until they turn golden.
