Now add one teaspoon of chopped ginger, half a teaspoon of red chili powder, one teaspoon of chat masala, one teaspoon of carom seeds, one teaspoon of roasted cumin powder, and one tablespoon of chopped coriander leaves.
Mix everything until well combined. Add two teaspoons of salt, ¼ teaspoon of soda, and enough water to make a thick batter.

Add two cups of oil to a preheated pan and let it heat. Once heated, scoop a spoon of prepared batter and spread it on the pan.
