We always try to find something unique in our breakfast which is healthy and delicious. One day, I found the Crepes Recipe which is relatable to the needs I want. Now, you might be thinking about what are Crepes?

Don’t worry, I will clear that doubt of yours. Crepes are French-Style Pancakes which are delicate and are without leaven. They are served mostly in weddings, brunch, dinner, or dessert.

If I talk about myself, I ate Crepes for the first time at my friend’s wedding. She is a Christan and the wedding was in the afternoon. The food we had was very delicious and tasty but the thing which I found interesting was Crepes. As I never had those, so I thought to eat them as they are very light and delightful.

After a few days of the wedding, I called my friend and asked her about Crepes Recipe. She gave me the recipe and I thought to share it first with you. So, here I am sharing the recipe of Crepes with you today.

But first, you have to gather the ingredients first to make Crepes at home.

Ingredients For Crepes

All-Purpose Flour1 Cup
Milk1/2 Cup
Water1/2 Cup
Salt1/4 tsp
Butter2 tbsp

You can get all these ingredients from the nearest supermarket. Now let’s see how much time we have to invest to make Crepes because as we all are in a hurry always.

Crepes recipe
  1. Whisk flour and eggs with milk, water, salt, and butter. Beat the mixture in a large bowl until smooth.
  2. In a frying pan, heat oil over medium heat and pour the batter of crepes and with a spoon spread the batter in a circle shape.
  3. For 2 minutes, cook the crepe from one side until it becomes light brown.
  4. Using a spatula, flip the crepe and cook the other side for two minutes again.
  5. Serve immediately.

Finally, Crepes are ready. You can have them with fruit cream, strawberry, whipped cream, banana, and Nutella and make your morning meal flavourful.
