Ingredients for Soft and Spicy Cornmeal Hamburger Buns:

Ingredients Quantity
Olive oil 1 tbsp
Chopped onion 1 unit
Chopped tomato 1 unit
Chopped capsicum 1 unit
Cooked corns 1 cup
Salt ½ tsp
Black pepper ¼ tsp
Tomato ketchup


As needed

½ tsp

Corn flour 1 tsp
Milk 2 tsp
Buns 2 units
Butter, mozzarella cheese, pizza seasoning, chilly flakes, olives According to the taste


Lettuce leaves For garnishing


These ingredients might be mouthwatering but the real fun lies in cooking it and creating some real thing, even tastier out of these.

How to Make Soft and Spicy Cornmeal Hamburger Buns at Home | Recipe:

  • Take a pre-heated pan; add 1 tbsp olive oil in it. Put onions in it, when half cooked, put tomatoes, salt, black pepper, oregano and 2 tsp tomato ketchup in it. Mix it well, then add capsicum and corns to it cook it for 3 minutes on medium flame. Then sprinkle corn flour in it and add 2 tsp milk in it. Make a paste, keep stirring and put it in a bowl.
  • Take two buns and make a hollow cavity in both of them. Apply tomato ketchup in the cavity. Fill it with above-cooked corns. Apply butter on the exterior of the bun. Put mozzarella cheese, pizza seasoning, chilly flakes and olives on top of the bun.
  • Grill it for 10 minutes. Garnish it with lettuce leaves. Serve hot.

When final touch is given, and tasted SPICY CORN BUNS is even more a pleasant sight to watch, a perfect DESI ANGREZI blend and yummy in taste.
