For Coconut Shrimp
- At 425°F, preheat the oven.
- In a bowl, add coconut flakes, panko crumbs, and salt. Mix them properly.
- On a small dish place flour and whisk the egg in a different bowl.
- With salt, season the shrimp and marinate it with flour and first dip in beaten eggs, secondly with coconut crumb mixture.
- On a cookie sheet, place the shrimp and spray the shrimp with cooking spray, bake it for 10 minutes.
- After the baking process, remove the shrimp from the oven and serve it with sauce.
For Sauce
- Combine all the ingredients in a small bowl and place it in refrigerator.
