Coconut Curry Noodle Bowl Recipe

- First of all, take a saucepan and heat the oil over the flame for a maximum of 30 sec.
- Add garlic and curry paste in the saucepan and cook it for 3 minutes. After that add ginger and cook it for hardly 1 minute.
- Add coconut milk, vegetable broth, and soy sauce in it. Cook until it boils.
- Now, add noodles and cook it for 6 minutes or according to the directions given on the packaging.
- In the end, add bean sprouts in the pan.
- Turn off the flame and divide it equally into bowls.
