  1. First of all, take a saucepan and heat the oil over the flame for a maximum of 30 sec.
  2. Add garlic and curry paste in the saucepan and cook it for 3 minutes. After that add ginger and cook it for hardly 1 minute.
  3. Add coconut milk, vegetable broth, and soy sauce in it. Cook until it boils.
  4. Now, add noodles and cook it for 6 minutes or according to the directions given on the packaging.
  5. In the end, add bean sprouts in the pan.
  6. Turn off the flame and divide it equally into bowls.

Now, your Coconut Curry Noodle Soup is ready! Garnish it with cilantro and serve it with a lime wedge. You can also have You can add hot sauce if you want to
