  1. Before starting the recipe, place your mixing bowl in the refrigerator for around 10 minutes. With this, refrigerate your coconut milk overnight.
  2. Take the coconut milk and using a spoon, remove the thick layer of the cream that is formed on the coconut milk.
  3. Transfer this chilled coconut cream to the chilled mixing bowl.
  4. Beat the cream for around 5 minutes until it becomes soft.
  5. Add vanilla and sugar and vanilla extract to it and again beat the cream for around 2 minutes.
  6. Put this coconut cream in a sealed contain and refrigerate until it is ready for use.

Note- If cream becomes hard during the refrigeration process, again beat it.

Now, your Coconut Whipped Cream is ready. Use this cream in your recipes as it will elevate their taste.
