  1. Firstly, take a saucepan and add in the oil till it is hot enough and then add in the chicken pieces and fry them till they get golden brown,
  2. Now add in carrots, bacon, leek tops and celery and fry it for 5-6 minutes till they turn golden brown too, do drain out extra fat.3
  3. Now add in the wine and quickly boil it and add in the chicken with herbs, cold water and boil it.
  4. After boiling it, let it simmer for 42 minutes till the chicken gets soft.
  5. Now put the chicken on a plate, cover it with foil and keep it still it gets a little cold and then add the soup into a pan and remove all the ingredients.
  6. Keep it still and remove any extra fat after it rises up, remove the bones from chicken and cut into medium-sized chunks.
  7. At last let the soup simmer along with leeks, chicken and prunes for about 22- 32 minutes and then serve it hot.
