- In a bowl add mustard, vinegar, oil with salt, and pepper mix them properly.
- Spread lettuce, line up boiled eggs, chicken, bacon, avocado, blue cheese, and cherry tomatoes, bacon, and watercress on a large platter and spread vinegar mixture over.
- Sprinkle salt and pepper, oregano garnish with chives.
