  1. In a bowl add mustard, vinegar, oil with salt, and pepper mix them properly.
  2. Spread lettuce, line up boiled eggs, chicken, bacon, avocado, blue cheese, and cherry tomatoes, bacon, and watercress on a large platter and spread vinegar mixture over.
  3. Sprinkle salt and pepper, oregano garnish with chives.
