For Cilantro Lime Rice

  • Olive Oil – Olive oil is added when preparing your rice. It will add a wonderfully bright and earthy aroma and keep your rice from becoming too sticky.
  • Lime Juice – Add a few drops of lemon juice when cooking the rice, as it will help prevent the rice from sticking together, giving a citrusy taste.
  • Cilantro – Add chopped cilantro at the end to give the rice a fresh and citrusy taste.

For Extra Fixing And Toppings

  • Burrito Tortillas – You can use either flour or corn tortillas. If you want a healthier option, choose a whole wheat tortilla.
