|White til oil||1 tbsp|
|Chopped garlic flakes||20-25 units|
|Sliced ginger||1 medium unit|
|Chopped onion||1 big unit|
|Finely chopped green chilli||2 units|
|Chopped broccoli||1 unit|
|Chopped cabbage||1 unit|
|Finely chopped carrot||2 medium units|
|Soya sauce||2 tsp|
|Chili sauce||1 tsp|
How to make Stir-Fried Mixed Chinese Vegetables | Recipe
- In a pre-heated kadhai add 1 tbsp white til oil.
- Heat it and add garlic, ginger and onion.
- Roast it for about 5 minutes.
- Now add green chilies, broccoli, cabbage and carrots.
- Mix them all.
- STIR THEM TO FRY.
- Now add sugar, soy sauce and chili sauce (units as mentioned in the ingredients).
- Mix them and cook well.
- Now add 1 tsp salt.
- Mix it thoroughly.
- Serve hot.
