  • 2tbsp Dry White Wine
  • 1/2cup Chicken Broth
  • 1tsp Lemon Juice
  • 2tbsp Parsley chopped
  • 2tbsp Drained Capers

Steps To Make Chicken Roulade

  1. Heat the oven to 430 degrees between 2 sheets of heavy-duty plastic wrap. Place chicken and flatten to 1/4 inch thickness using a rolling pin’s flat side, sprinkle it with pepper and salt.
  2. Saute minced garlic and spinach in a large skillet in hot oil over medium heat.
  3. Transfer spinach to a plate.
  4. Spoon this mixture over each breast, then top with asparagus and roll-up.
  5. With 2 tbsp olive oil, melt butter in skillet and add chicken.
  6. Cook for few minutes, then transfer skillet to oven and bake at 430 for few minutes.
  7. Cover with aluminum foil to keep them warm.
  8. Melt butter and add remaining garlic, whisk in flour and cook for 1 minute. Add white wine, cook and whisk in chicken broth and lemon juice.
  9. Spoon sauce over chicken and stir in Parsley.
  10. Serve immediately.
