This Fiesta Chicken is a delight for the tastebuds as it combines many fresh ingredients like Chicken Breast, Onion, Tomatoes, Corn, Beans, Rice, Chilies and many others to make a perfect chicken dish.
But the thing that makes this recipe so amazing is the combination of spices in it as it elevates the taste of the entire dish. Now I know you must be very excited to know the exact Chicken Fiesta recipe.

Chicken Fiesta Recipe
- Take Salt and Pepper and season chicken with it.
- Take a large skillet with a lid and put it over medium heat and put olive oil in it.
- Now put the seasoned chicken pieces in it and let it cook for around 10 minutes.
- Now put the cooked chicken pieces on a plate separately and cover the pieces with foil and put aside.
- Now for 5 minutes, put onions and red bell pepper in the pan over medium heat.
- Now add chicken broth to it and stir continuously for around 5 minutes,
- Now in the broth, add ¼ tsp salt, ¼ tsp black pepper, taco seasoning, cumin, tomatoes, corn, chillies, rice and black beans and cook for around 15 minutes.
- Now remove the lid and add the seasoned chicken pieces to it.
- Now cook for around 10 minutes until the rice and chicken is cooked perfectly.
- Sprinkle cilantro over it and serve in individual bowls.
