  • 4 Chicken Breast
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Brown Sugar
  • 1 ½ teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • ½ teaspoon Onion Powder
  • ¼ teaspoon Cracked Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Chili Powder


  • At 425°F, preheat the oven.
  • Pound the chicken breast using a rolling pin to make it evenly thick.
  • Add sugar, paprika, oregano, salt, powders, pepper, and chili powder in a bowl and mix them properly.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
