Ingredients
  

  • 4 Chicken Breast
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Brown Sugar
  • 1 ½ teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • ½ teaspoon Onion Powder
  • ¼ teaspoon Cracked Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Chili Powder

Instructions
 

  • At 425°F, preheat the oven.
  • Pound the chicken breast using a rolling pin to make it evenly thick.
  • Add sugar, paprika, oregano, salt, powders, pepper, and chili powder in a bowl and mix them properly.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Place the chicken on the baking sheet and rub the spice mixture on both its sides.
  • After you apply the spices to it, drizzle some oil over it.
  • Place the chicken in preheated oven and cook it for 20 minutes until it turns golden.
  • Then, take out of the oven and transfer the chicken to the plates. Leave it aside for 5 minutes and then serve it.

Notes

To garnish or to elevate the tasteof the chicken, you can melt butter in a skillet and add garlic and parsley to it. Pour it into the baking pan to mix with the chicken’s juices and drizzle the mixture over the chicken.
