My sister loves to eat Cheesecake so much that we have this birthday tradition where she asks me to bake a cheesecake for her, which she would cut at midnight.

For her 22nd birthday last year, I made Tiramisu Cheesecake, and she loved it so much that she asked me to bake another batch for her weekend brunch.
If you think I am over exaggerating, let me share the recipe with you. You just have to take some time out and bake this Cheesecake to know what I am talking about.
Equipment Required
- Oven – I use an oven to bake my Cheesecake.
- Springform Pan (9-inch) – I prefer using a springform for baking the cheesecake for easy release.
- Mixing Bowls – I usually use at least two mixing bowls: one for the crust and one for the filling.
- Electric Mixer – I prefer to use a strong electric mixer to beat the cream cheese and mascarpone until smooth.
- Measuring Cups and Spoons – I prefer to use measuring spoons and cups for accurate measurement.
- Rubber Spatula or Spoon – If you ask me, a rubber spatula would come in handy for scraping down the sides of the bowl and mixing evenly.
- Wire Rack – a wire rack for cooling the cheesecake after baking.
- Grater – I use a grater for grating semisweet chocolate on top before serving.

The Cheesecake Factory Tiramisu Ingredients & Substitutions
Note: The ingredients in this recipe can serve upto 12 people. You can increase or decrease the quantities for more or fewer servings.
Crust
- 1 (12-ounce) Package Ladyfingers: I would suggest using graham crackers or Biscoff cookies if you don’t have ladyfingers.
- ¼ Cup Unsalted Butter (Melted)
- 2 Tablespoons Coffee-flavored Liqueur: You can use a strong espresso shot if you want a non alocholic version.
Filling:
- 3 (8-ounce) Packages Cream Cheese (Softened)
- 1 (8-ounce) Container Mascarpone Cheese (Softened): When I don’t have Mascarpone Cheese, I use a blend of cream cheese and two tablespoons heavy cream.
- 1 Cup White Sugar
- 2 Tablespoons Coffee-flavored Liqueur
- ¼ Cup All-purpose Flour: If I want something healthy, then I use almond flour in the recipe for gluten free version.
- 2 Large Eggs: When I don’t have eggs, I use 1 tbsp flaxseed + 3 tbsp water per egg to get the fluffy texture.
- 1 Teaspoon Heavy Cream: For me, half and half is a great substitute for heavy cream.
- ¼ Ounce Semisweet Chocolate: I love using dark chocolate or milk chocolate for garnishing.

Recipe Variations For Different Diets
- Keto Friendly: I would suggest swapping the flour for a keto almond-flour crust made with almond flour, butter, and a touch of stevia. Also, I prefer using sugar-free coffee liqueur.Â
- Gluten Free:Â I usually use gluten-free ladyfingers for the crust, and also check the label of other ingredients and choose the gluten-free version.Â
Storing This Recipe
- Refrigeration: I transfer the Tiramisu Cheesecake to an airtight container and refrigerate it. This way, the cheesecake stays good for 5 days.
- Freezing: I make sure to wrap it in plastic wrap, then layer it with foil. After this, I place the cheesecake in the freezer and store it for up to 2 months.Â
