In my opinion, no one does mac and cheese better than Buffalo Wild Wings. It’s a remarkable dish that is prepared with two of my favorite ingredients, cheese and hot Sauce.

Hot sauce in mac and cheese, you ask? Well, yes! If you haven’t tried this combo before, then you must. The combination of spicy sauce and savory cheese is simply amazing.

Moreover, I found the idea of BWW using three kinds of cheese instead of one wonderful, as it makes the sauce rich in savory and tangy flavors. After my first trial, I also found that the sauce can be customized further by adding herbs and spices to suit my taste.
