  1. Dust the beef with some plain flour.
  2. Heat some oil in a pan. Add onions to it and cook for at least 5 minutes at medium heat.
  3. Add sugar to it and continue cooking for 5-10 minutes
  4. After the onions get caramelized, add garlic cloves and stir for a few minutes.
  5. At this moment, pour all the beef stock into the pan along with Worcestershire sauce and stir continuously.
  6. Now, put the beef and mushrooms in this mixture and add some salt and black pepper.
  7. Cover the pan and cook until the meat is tender. It will take about 2 hours.
  8. And after the meat is soft and cooked garnish it with some coriander.
