The Non-Vegetarian recipe that I am talking about is Braised Beef

This recipe is one of my favorite and I make this recipe very often in my kitchen. I learnt it from my grandmom and have quite a bit of experience of making it. The braised beef is a very tender and flavorful recipe. Now let’s start making it without wasting much of your time.

 The first step is the ingredients. These ingredients that I am going to use are very common and you can easily collect from any supermarket. Check the table below.

Beef stock700 ml

Braised Beef recipe
  1. Take some flour and dust the beef in it.
  2. Take a pan, heat some oil and fry onions for at least 5 minutes at medium heat.
  3. Add sugar and continue cooking for 5-10 minutes
  4. After the onions get caramelized, add garlic cloves and stir for a few minutes.
  5. At this moment pour all the beef stock into the pan along with Worcestershire sauce and stir continuously.
  6. Now put the beef and mushrooms in this mixture and add some black pepper.
  7. Cover the pan and cook until the meat is tender. It will take about 2 hours.
  8. And after the meat is soft and cooked garnish it with some coriander.

And we are done with the cooking. You can freeze this meat and can use it for up to 3 days. Enjoy the meal with your family and feel the taste.
