  1. First of all, Preheat the oven to 220 degrees C. Place the one crust in the pie dish.
  2. Combine raspberries, cornstarch, tapioca, and sugar in a bowl, mix all the ingredients together.
  3. Pour the Raspberry mixture on the crust and on the top add butter pieces.
  4. Add the remaining of the crust on it.
  5. Make 2 X cuts on the top of the crust, so that the steam can come out during the baking process.
  6. Make a mixture by mixing Egg White and 1 tbsp water and brush it on the top of the pie.
  7. Bake it for about 45 minutes.
