I learned to make Bearnaise sauce when I was in Mexico. I used to go to a food truck where it used to sell potato balls, hot dogs etc. One day, I ordered potato balls with Bearnaise Sauce. To be honest, Bearnaise Sauce elevated the taste of potato balls.

Butter¼ Cup
White Wine Vinegar1 tbsp
Yolks Of Eggs2
Black Pepper½ tsp
Lemon Juice1 ½ tsp
Dried Tarragon1 tsp
Salt¼ tsp

Bearnaise Sauce Recipe
  1. In a saucepan add vinegar, tarragon, black pepper, and shallots over the medium heat.
  2. For 5 minutes, boil the mixture and after 5 minutes remove from heat to set aside.
  3. Add water to a saucepan and boil the mixture at high heat.
  4. In a mixing bowl add shallot mixture and add yolks of eggs and whisk them properly, until it will become thick.
  5. Heat whisked mixture over the heat and add butter into. When the egg cooks accordingly. season with salt and remove from heat.
  6. Serve Immediately.
