  1. Set the oven on preheat mode to 450 degrees F or 230 degrees C.
  2. Boil a kettle of water. Place the chicken wings in a large pot, sprinkle some salt and pour the boiling water.
  3. Set the pot on minimum flame and again bring the water to boil. Cook the chicken wings for 10 minutes. 
  4. Drain the water and pat dry the chicken wings using a kitchen towel. Place them on a wire rack over a sheet pan. Line the sheet pan with aluminium foil.
  5. Bake the chicken wings for 30 minutes or until they turn golden and crispy.
  6. Serve hot.
