  1. Set the oven to preheat mode at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. In a bowl, add crushed cracker crumbs and seasoning. In another bowl, add melted butter.
  3. Coat the chicken liver with the butter and then with the crumbs.
  4. Take a greased baking dish of 9×13 inch. Place the coated chicken in the dish and bake for 40-45 minutes. 
  5. Serve hot.
