  1. Take a large and heavy saucepan and add some oil in it.
  2. Keep the saucepan on medium-high heat and heat the oil well.
  3. Add the rice, garlic and onions and sauté them until they are translucent in colour. For about 2 minutes.
  4. Now add the chicken broth, tomato paste and salt in it and mix them well.
  5. Let the mixture boil and reduce the heat to low once it boils. Wait until the rice is cooked correctly or tender. It will take about 30 minutes.
  6. Now remove the heat and let it rest for 5 minutes and then garnish with some coriander and serve immediately.
