  1. In a stockpot, pour the broth and the water and bring to boil. Add onion, ginger, garlic and salt. Cook on medium-low heat for about 20 minutes.
  2. In a bowl, add peanut butter, tomato paste and 2 cups of hot stock. Whisk all these together till you get a smooth texture. Put this mixture in the pot of soup. Stir and add kale. Add sriracha to season.
  3. Keep the soup on low flame for about 15 minutes while stirring often. Sprinkle with chopped peanuts. The soup is ready and you can serve it as it is or with cooked rice.
